What happens after the free trial?
Your account stays active, but all features are disabled until payment details are entered. Once you add them, you pick up right where you left off — your schedule, resources, and settings are all still there.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account starts with a free trial. No credit card required to get started, and no sales call to unlock features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. Cancel from your account settings at any time and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle.
How is billing counted?
Billing is per user, per month. Users added or removed mid-month are charged on a prorated basis so you only pay for what you use.
Is the price different for each user role?
No — every seat is the same price regardless of role. Whether someone is an Admin, Scheduler, Operator, or Viewer, pricing is simply per user, with the progressive rate applied by user count.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees and no lock-in. Pricing is per user, per month, and you can add users, remove users, or cancel anytime. Users added or removed mid-month are charged on a prorated basis.
Do you offer discounts for larger teams?
Yes — volume pricing is built in. Your first 20 users are $10 per user per month, and every user beyond that is $5 per user per month, applied automatically.
