About
We build for the person holding the marker
CoreScheduler started with a simple observation: the most important document in most factories is a whiteboard that can't talk. We're fixing that.
Walk into almost any machine shop, fab shop, or small factory and you'll find the same thing: world-class equipment, skilled people — and a production schedule held together by a whiteboard, a spreadsheet, and one person's memory. The big vendors answer with MES suites that cost more than a new machining center. Most shops answer by living with the chaos.
CoreScheduler is the middle path: a live, visual production schedule that a shop can set up in a day and afford on a per-seat subscription. Drag-and-drop planning, backward auto-scheduling, private drafts for what-ifs, and a shop floor that always sees the current plan — the capabilities of serious scheduling software, without the serious implementation project.
We measure ourselves on one outcome: does your team trust the schedule? When the answer is yes, on-time delivery, calmer mornings, and honest promise dates tend to follow.
What we believe
The schedule is the factory's heartbeat
Everything else — quality, delivery, morale — gets easier when everyone trusts the plan. Everything gets harder when they don't.
Software should fit the shop, not the reverse
Small and mid-size manufacturers shouldn't need a six-figure MES project to get a live schedule. Real scheduling power should be a subscription, not a consulting engagement.
Change is the job
Machines go down, rush orders land, people call in sick. A scheduling tool that assumes a stable plan has missed the point — the whole product is built for the moment the plan changes.
